convenient location comfortable bed helpful staff sticky trail constant noise unpleasant smell
The location is convenient to the MTR station. I was able to use the Spa's shower after my flight before check-in. The bed was comfortable and the gym had everything needed
The floor had a sticky trail from the kitchen to the bathroom. The room had noise from weddings and events on the 17th floor. The smell from the drain in the kitchen was unpleasant

wonderful staff really good service poor design black mold
the staff was really wonderful. i experienced really good customer service. mickey at the front desk is great!!!
the design of the bathroom was bad. the faucet control was separate from the faucet in a small cubby hole. this made it hard to clean as shown by black moldy stains. the shower door did not seal well and the shower floor was slippery.

distinct odor noisy air conditioning
The location was acceptable because of nearby public transportation.
The room was quite small. I noticed some stains on the carpet. The bathroom had a distinct odor. It smelled bad. The air conditioning was also quite noisy.
